Hybrid role with three days on site in Maidenhead, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

37.5 hours per week, 0900 - 1730

**Overview**

Located in Maidenhead, this function will be responsible for providing professional and efficient facility support to Senior Office Coordinator and UK & Ireland Marketing Director with a diverse set of matters ranging from HCP engagements, procurement to general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Acting as point of contact for visitors from the internal region and their event requirements when hosted at Maidenhead site (e.g. team meetings, lunch & learns, awareness days and patient events).
- Booking travel arrangements for all new UK hires to attend company induction.
- Procurement, contracting and invoice submissions and tracking on behalf of UK & Ireland MAC team.
- Assisting with the coordination and logistics of UK & Ire MAC Team and Business Operations Team offsites (sourcing of venue & accommodation, restaurant reservation & pre-orders, etc).
- Assisting with the coordination and logistics UK & Ireland site events (e.g. town halls, lunch and learns, community service day, end of year celebration).
- Be an active member of the social committee and assist with coordination of events.
- Coordination of charitable partnerships (e.g. food bank donations, DASH, MacMillan).
- Monitoring of UK & Ire Leadership Team and Social Committee mailbox.
- Assisting UK & Ire administration team with expense submissions.
- Supporting UK & Ireland Marketing Director with HCP engagements including contracting and event logistics.
- Supporting UK & Ireland Marketing Director with PromoMats & CRB submissions, documentation filing and material withdrawals.
- Work with facilities team to ensure the smooth operation of office & related systems.
- Work closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Event planning and coordination.
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.

**Education and experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting desired but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
