Are you an experienced FM Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career with a company that values quality, safety, and people? WPS is seeking a proactive and driven A/C Qualified **Supervisor (FM)** to join our team, covering a portfolio of sites across **Southern England**.

**?? About the Role**

As a Supervisor within our Facilities Management division, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across a range of public sector and commercial properties. You’ll lead a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

**?? Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day FM operations across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and in-house teams
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence
- Support the delivery of KPIs and contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate records and reporting via CAFM systems
- Approver for AC Compliance paperwork from our portfolio’s

**?? About You**

We’re looking for someone with:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within FM or building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Relevant trade qualifications or FM certifications (essential) Fgas cat 1 & Level 2 or equivalent refrigerant trade qualifications
