The One Group are delighted to be partnering with one of the leading providers of freshly prepared food in the UK that have great international presence.

In this role as a Engineering Team Leader you will be responsible for the management, prioritisation & allocation of ad-hoc reactive engineering tasks and ensuring that planned tasks are carried out to the correct standards.

**Duties**:

- Liaise with other Managers as required.
- Ensure the level of communication is kept high across shifts.
- Be the Engineering point of contact
- Understand the site priorities
- Motivate Engineers and understand there needs.
- Respond to and prioritise the shift to resolve line running issues
- Report and update other departments regarding current breakdown status, impact and lead time to resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering Qualification
- Fault-finding skills
- Understanding of problem-solving techniques
- Experience and understanding of machine controls and PLC's
- Practical mechanical and electrical experience within a manufacturing environment

No previous Management or Team Leader experience is required for this position.
