- To £26,000 basic, plus car or allowance, OTE £45,000 in year 1, £60,000 thereafter

**Overview**:

- A well-known award-winning local estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Crewe area.

**Main Duties**:

- An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join one of the UK’s largest mortgage broker firms and most successful independent estate agency brands in the Crewe area.
- The busy branch requires an experienced fully CeMAP mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with the established team of introducers offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the new clients.
- As well as receiving new leads on a daily basis, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Crewe area you will have unlimited access to the branches existing client database, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service, ensuringthat the clients have the best mortgage possible.
- Our client also offers administrative support, ensuing that as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Crewe area, you will focus on speaking with clients ensuring that they receive a first-class service along with professionalmortgage and protection advice.

**Key Skills**:

- As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Crewe branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment possessing a good track record in mortgage sales, along with the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification.
- CAS would be a distinct advantage, however, is not essential for this role, as our client offers excellent training and support.
