Enhanced Healthcare is a specialist health and social care provider operating across **North Wales** and the **Northwest of England**, and we are currently seeking passionate and experienced **Mental Health Support Workers** to join our team.

If you have at least **6 months of experience** working in a health and social care setting in the UK, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We work with clients who specialise in supporting individuals with **Learning Disabilities**and **Mental Health needs** in **Supported Living**, **Residential Care**, and **Independent Hospitals**.

**About the Role**: You’ll be providing **outcome-based care** and support to individuals with complex needs, helping them prepare for life in the community when appropriate. Experience in supporting people with **behaviours that challenge** is essential, and we offer **MAPA training** to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.

Due to the **rural location** of some of our clients, being a **driver** is essential, and you must live within a **one-hour radius**of our service locations.

**What We Offer**:

- **Hourly rates** from **£12 - £22** depending on the shift you work
