**Hours**: Shift times cover hours between 9am to 11pm across any 5 out of 7 days

Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Entertainments & Events Halloween Show Captain to join the team

Working as part of the Entertainments & Events team, you will co-ordinate, motivate and lead teams of performers including singers, dancers, actors and character performers in various shows across the resort throughout the season.

As a Show Captain, you will be responsible for:

- Acting as the first point for call for all shows.
- Making show decisions regarding weather.
- Assisting the creative manager in rehearsals.
- Training new team members in various show roles
- Proactively engage with the team and give clear and concise notes.
- Being role model for the entertainments team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Organised, passionate and energetic individual with good people leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills with a positive and friendly nature.
- Prepared to work in a high-pressure environment where schedules and requirements may change, able to use your initiative to support the Entertainment team wherever possible.
- Experienced performer with the ability to teach choreography.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to achieving the objectives of the department and resort.

Previous experience in a Team Leader/Show Captain role is preferred but not required.

Pay Range: GBP £14.50/Hr.
