We are now seeking a driven and enthusiastic **Lettings Negotiator** to join our dynamic team and play a key role in helping landlords and tenants through every step of the lettings process.

**The Role**

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for:

- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting viewings and providing prompt feedback to landlords and tenants
- Negotiating tenancies and preparing tenancy agreements
- Ensuring all legal compliance is met (Right to Rent checks, referencing, etc.)
- Liaising with landlords regarding property marketing and rental strategies
- Supporting our refurbishment and maintenance teams as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in lettings is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, proactive, and professional approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the North East property market is a bonus
- Full UK driving licence (vehicles provided)
