Head of It

Trinity House Group are partnering with a high growth, Private Equity backed, multi-site business who are currently executing a buy and build strategy, in their search for a Head of IT.

The business’ continued growth plans mean they are now looking for an energetic Technology leader, in this newly created role, to manage their business-as-usual landscape and drive their IT improvement incentives.

The Head of IT is responsible for the IT division (or its outsourced partners) and is part of the business leadership team. Professionals in this role will work closely with the C-suite, to ensure the business has the technical capabilities needed to operateefficiently and drive growth.

They have already identified an opportunity to implement a more cost effective and technologically advanced customer experience as well as a need to improve their security capabilities. With thatin mind, we are looking for a commercially minded, driven and dynamic individual with a proven delivery record and the ability to work independently and as part of the wider business.

**Responsibilities**
- Create IT, Tech & Digital strategic roadmap for the business
- Identifying latest solutions to create a better business
- Creation and management of a mature Information Security Management System
- Development and implementation of new and emerging security controls and governance in line with best practices
- Delivery of cost savings
- Optimising business IT processes
- Monitoring IT efficiency
- Assessing, monitoring and upgrading business systems and processes
- Liaising with vendors and 3rd parties
- Managing and developing the business IT division
- Stakeholder management

**Qualifications**
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Information Systems

**Skills and Experience**
- IT management
- Data warehousing, architecture and networking
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies
- A minimum of 5 years of IT service delivery experience
- Experience with business operations platforms
- Negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinking
