NFU Mutual Ely & Wisbech agency are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Associate predominately based in our Wisbech office.

The Role
- Pro-actively drive new business, promoting our products, generate and prospect leads to establish long term and effective relationships with new and existing customers.
- You’ll handle general enquiries, new quotations, policy alterations, sales tasks and admin, with a ‘can-do’ proactive enthusiasm.
- Introduce NFU Mutual’s range of Financial Services products, proactively book sales appointments with new and existing customers for our Financial Advisor to discuss Pension, Protection and Investment needs.
- Transact business compliantly within FCA requirements and always with a ‘customer-centric’ approach.

What we’re looking for:

- People who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
- Flexibility: though the role is predominately based in our Wisbech office, you maybe required to work in our other locations.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
- Sales and customer service experience is desirable however, insurance experience is not essential.
- I.T. literacy essential.
- Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math’s and English (or equivalent).

- Starting salary depending on age and experience appropriate statutory minimum wage would be paid up to £23000, plus quarterly performance incentive scheme. The opportunity to increase your salary as you progress within our business.
- 25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays)
- Full time Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
