**Company Overview**
My client is a privately owned market leading bespoke timber door/screen company based in West Sussex. They are specialists in the preparation of wood veneers and timber utilised in the production of doors, frames, panels and associated joinery for use inthe construction market, encompassing office, education, health, hotel and retail. Due to year on year growth, they are looking to expand their external sales team covering the part of the **South of England including the M3 and M4 corridors.**
**Job Overview**
This is an external role with elements of working from home when applicable and an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful team and business.
The successful Area Sales Manager will represent the business with a view to developing and growing the sales of its products and services to both existing and new contractors/customers. You will be expected to achieve company objectives and targets by planningeffectively, analysing sales data, and tracking quotes and projects whilst establishing and nurturing client relationships. In addition, you will need to be able to work independently and create a strong relationship with both internal and external team memberswith a proven track record in external sales.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Experience as an Area Sales Manager
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
- Management of Database / CRM
- Presentation skills
- Account Management Skills
- Fire Door / Ironmongery / Passive Fire basic knowledge is desirable by not essential as full training will be provided.
**Package Details**
In addition to a competitive salary, bonus, company car and IT equipment, you will benefit from staff training and investment with regards to your own personal development. This role will be Monday - Friday 08:30 -17:30 (40hrs per week) with 25 Days holidaysplus all UK statutory bank holidays.
