**Overview**

Business hours are Wednesday-Saturday.

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations at the counter, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in customer service and food handling.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and upsell menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and counter area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement time management strategies to optimise workflow during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is essential.
- Strong culinary skills with a good understanding of food safety regulations.
- Proven ability to upsell products and enhance customer experience.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping team members as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
