**Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with an NHS trust who are looking to recruit a Capital Project Manager on a fixed term/interim basis offering between £240.00-£270.00pd.**

To support the Trust’s Head of Capital in managing the Capital Estates Programme. Professionally accountable for estates project construction and implementation of delegated schemes within the Trust’s Investment Programme to improve the environment for patientsand staff.

**_Key Duties:

- As a member of the Capital Project Team, to provide professional construction management advice to the Head of Capital Planning and others, on all those aspects of the works of the Trust that are ascribed to the post-holder.
- The PM will manage and lead all aspects of the project/scheme from project brief start to completion and handover
- To plan and organise a broad range of activities and to consider, assess and manage the impact of each project within the portfolio on the Trust strategy.
- To review highly complex facts relating to individual projects and to use analytical skills to produce options appraisals for discussion.
