We are now recruiting for our next superstar Retail Planner to join our team in Spalding.

Job Purpose:
Main Responsibilities:
The role-holder will be required to be responsible for and undertake the following tasks:

- Complete load profiles for all customers with more than 26 pallets. Plan times for all collections while liaising with Traffic to offer maximum efficiency of collecting vehicles.
- Complete customer checklists to ensure no orders are missed on a daily basis.
- Build all Tesco and non-Tesco loads, chill and ambient. All loads are to be planned with customer service and loadfill being the main priorities
- Record and report all incidents to customers as soon as they happen.
- Book in All Tesco loads via the Tesco OTM system. Book in private deliveries where required.
- Maintain the upkeep of the working area using available resource.
- Maintain department files - electronic and paper. Organise archive rotation where required.
- Help maintain the live tracking of all deliveries, focusing on positive confirmation of all drops.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and retailers and ensure planning information is current.
