**About The Role**:
**Service Coordinator - £22,000 - £24,000 Salary**

We are **4Com**; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth.

As an Service Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring all service orders are provisioned and customers are updated with the progress, issues or delays with their orders. Services include but are not limited to, Fixed line, Broadband, SIP and non-geographical numbers. You will endeavour to place all orders within the 2-day lead time and highlight any issues to the Onboarding Team Leaders.

- Previous experience within an office environment performing both customer service and administration-focused duties.

**What would I be doing as a **Service Coordinator **at 4Com?**
- Managing incoming orders for migrations, new connections, and changes to existing services.
- Ordering and monitoring the progress of orders using the online systems.
- Programming new routers for End Users and requesting equipment to be delivered to site.
- Liaise with Customer and/or 3rd Party IT support to ensure successful service delivery.
- Resolve any provisioning faults.
- Liaise with all 3rd party suppliers and support teams during life of orders and early life failure.
- Answer incoming calls from internal customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Updating in-house database with relevant information to ensure that all information relating to broadband set up and installation is correct
- Liaise with Technical Support where necessary on escalated cases.
- Where necessary arrange surveys & liaise with the installation department to make sure all customer requirements are met.
- Collecting relevant information to ensure the engineer is appropriately informed for the final stage of installation for the customer visits
- Deciding and implementing alternate installation routes, to complete installations as swiftly as possible
- Outbound coms during installation/site moves.
