Commutable to Watford

Do you have good knowledge of being a slider setter, cnc miller or a cnc turner and looking to take the next step within your career?

On offer is the chance to be responsible for the programming, setting and running of CNC sliding machinery working within an established team. The company has a large emphasis on training and development of their staff, as well as a high staff retention.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Ability to program, set and run sliding machinery
- Ensuring Consistent quality
- Ensuring delivery dates / internal milestones are met

Knowledge, skills and experiences:

- Read technical drawings
- Experience within turning is preferable
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communications skills
- Strong organisational skills - forward thinking approach
- Computer - literate

Benefits package:

- £15 - £25 per hour
- Full in house training provided
- Progression opportunities
- Overtime available on weekends at 1.5
- Monday to Friday role
