Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bridal and bridesmaids Consultant to join our team. As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an unforgettable experience for our brides-to-be and their bridesmaids. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Assist brides and their maids in finding their perfect bridesmaids dresses
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on individual preferences
- Conduct fittings and alterations as needed
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest bridal trends and product knowledge

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage appointments, orders, and inventory
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling financial transactions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 5 years (required)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
