**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Sage and other relevant software.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel to assist in tracking sales performance and identifying trends.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams via Outlook to ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage office supplies and inventory for the sales department, ensuring resources are available when needed.
- Collaborate with IT to resolve any technical issues that may arise within the sales administration processes.
- Implement efficient time management practices to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- Provide customers with information and prices for the foods and drinks
- Handling customer complaints over the phone or in person and forward them to the relevant team
- Excellent administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients alike.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is advantageous but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,960.00 per year
