Ethypharm works closely with the authorities and healthcare professionals to ensure that its medicines are used appropriately and that patients have access to them.

We are recruiting a **Warehouse Operator **who will be responsible for all incoming and outgoing stock movements, ensuring that products are reliably tracked, stored and shipped on-time and in accordance with Good Distribution Practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Day-to-day responsibilities**
- Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
- Checking for damaged or missing items for onward storage in the warehouse
- Keeping an accurate record of the stock on the ERP system (SAP)
- Operating a forklift truck to move and rearrange stock and ensure that products are stored safely
- Picking orders using a hand-held scanner and prepare for packing and onward distribution
- To assist with stock control and inventory procedures to maximise availability and minimise waste
- To ensure the safe and appropriate storage of medicines including environmental controls
- Providing timely and accurate delivery of outputs
- Maintain good knowledge of relevant governance, SOPs and ways of working
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of housekeeping and cleanliness in the area in compliance with Good Manufacturing (GMP) and Good Distribution (GDP) Practice

**Skills/Experience**
- Minimum 1 year working within a warehouse environment
- Valid Forklift Licence (Reach truck and counterbalance)
- Experience of working within a process driven/structured environment
- Experience of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of using an ERP system such as SAP
- Good working knowledge of GDP and GMP
