Junior Buyer

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our award-winning team

In this role, you'll be making sure that PO's are on time and that both the Sales team and customer delivery dates are met. You will be playing a key part in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and will assist with the flow of information and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a list of titles in each publishing month - from costing through to PO
- Work closely with the Reprint Manager and Head of Procurement to negotiate costs and agree schedules for print requests with printers based in Far East and Europe
- Work internally with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of upcoming orders

**Key attributes**
- Experienced and confident on Microsoft Excel and database systems
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to build successful working relationships with external suppliers
- Confidence and a good communicator
- Ambitious to learn and develop within role
