**Role Overview**

As a **Junior Brand Marketing Associate,** you will support the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about branding and marketing, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the creation and implementation of brand marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support the development of brand guidelines, messaging, and visual assets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform brand strategies
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Help monitor brand performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
- Manage social media channels and contribute to content planning aligned with brand goals
- Assist with event support and promotional activities related to brand marketing
- Maintain organised records of branding projects and client communications

**Requirements**:

- Interest or background in marketing, branding, or communications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in branding and marketing
- Previous internship or experience in marketing or branding is a plus, but not essential
