**Location**: Chelmsford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work

**Salary**: Up to £70,000.00 per year

**Job type**: Full time/Permeant - Monday to Friday & Saturdays on a rota.

These include long-running partnerships with established luxury customisationcompanies such as Overfinch, Onyx, Khan and Urban.

**The role**:
Saxton 4x4 are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic Vehicle Technician who will be responsible for:

- Vehicle reports and repairs
- EVHC competent
- Assisting/coaching of lower skilled technicians (Master & Diagnostic Tech Only)
- Supporting of workshop control/service reception (Master & Diagnostic Tech Only)
- Diagnostic work including in-depth fault finding (Master & Diagnostic Tech Only)
- Work as both part of a team and on own initiative
- Ability to operate various tools and heavy equipment
- Excellent knowledge of electrical components and operation
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Hold an NVQ in motor vehicle repair or similar (Level 3 minimum required for Master & Diagnostic Tech)
- Excellent diagnostic skills (preferably with a premium brand) and certificated (Master & Diagnostic Tech Only)
- Experience of diagnostic tools and equipment (Master & Diagnostic Tech Only)
- Technical knowledge in the mechanics of a vehicle (Master & Diagnostic Tech Only)
- Hold a current and clean Full UK driving licence
- JLR, BMW, VAG, MB Preferable
