Tennisolutions Ltd is a private tennis coaching company working across Oxfordshire & Warwickshire. Our aim is to drive the future of tennis forward by providing tailored programmes for all ages and abilities. We currently provide coaching at a number of schools, run the mini tennis programme across two venues and provide tennis camps during the main school holidays at several venues. We offer first class coaching programmes for groups, individuals, clubs, nurseries and schools (both primary and secondary). At Tennisolutions we make sure that our clients not only develop their skill set through our coaching but also ensure that our sessions provide opportunities to development an enjoyment for the game.

Developing & Leading our Mini and junior tennis programmes

Developing and managing the after school coaching

Potentially Individual coaching for juniors and adults

Potentially Adult coaching programme delivery

We are looking for a coach who can work closely with both of our link clubs as well as develop our Schools Programme and run some of our holiday camps, aspirations to develop our performance structure as well as developing a competition structure for our players.

**Person Specification**:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with all ages and backgrounds
- Experience in leading sessions and coaching players of all ages and abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Accredited Level 2 minimum

- Wellesbourne Sports & Community Centre_
- Kenilworth Tennis Club_
- Shipston Tennis Club_
- Schools in local area_

We also offer a year-round, fully comprehensive programme with a number of other schools and nurseries which we are looking to grow.

**Venue**:
Based in and around Banbury, Warwick & Tysoe Tennis Clubs (Oxfordshire & Warwickshire). We operate across a number of sites, all close together and all within easy access to the M40.

**Job Specification**

This position has become available due to a coach relocating, We are looking for a Level 2 Instructor or Level 3 qualified coach, with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a coaching team.

The role will involve a number of duties and responsibilities, including a minimum of:
8 hours per week (Club - evenings and weekend)

2 hours per week (After School Clubs - evenings)

Additional hours will be required for individual sessions, administration of role and AEGON Team tennis management. There will be scope to add more hours with further expansion of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- To coordinate up to 3 Fun day camps per year incorporating the following:

- Identify the children with potential for talent identification
- Schools Network (Current players on courses or after school sessions)
- Players in the development Mini Tennis Programmes
- To oversee the mini Tennis development through to Juniors from tots upwards (Club based).
- Weekend commitment to Coach (looking to run tournaments).
- Develop a Nursery School Network, link into Primary school programme and then signpost children from schools into coaching venues.
- Work in close relation with the Director and Administrator.

**Salary**: The post is self-employed and will involve a performance related pay scale which will be reviewed every 6 months. This will be based upon a combination of Coach Performance and programme success.
