We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent **Warehouse Administrator** to join our team in **Basildon**. You will be partnered with one of our impressive clients, ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on-site

This is a **full-time** and **permanent** position with a shift pattern of '**4 on 4 off**' covering the hours of **18:00- 06:00**. By working on this schedule, you will have the advantage of extended time off and a structured work-life balance.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Ensure all warehouse related documentation is completed correctly
- Investigate stock discrepancies and co-ordinate all PI checks
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested on time
- Help to ensure we always operate a safe environment in line with company policy
- Ad hoc assistance with unloading vehicles, stock put away, picking and packing orders, loading vehicles

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred and if you have a FLT licence, this would be beneficial
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
