To deliver a friendly and professional service in a safe and efficient manner on and off company premises.

**Branch Address - **Unit 1 Umo Park, Blackhorse Rd, Letchworth Garden City SG6 1HR**

****44.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday plus 1 in 2 Saturday's 08.00 - 12.00**

**Key Accountabilities
- Drive in accordance with the law, safely and courteously
- Comply with current legislation
- Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading
- Cultivate and maintain exceptional standards of customer service and ensure Lawsons Best Practice, Standards and Company Policies are met
- Build rapport, be polite and courteous to customers
- Proactively contribute by seeking out potential company sales
- Be vigilant to prevent loss or damage of product and vehicle
- Be vigilant and report any Health & Safety issues to the Line Manager immediately

- ** A valid HGV Class 2 License**:

- ** A valid Hiab License (essential)**:

- ** Previous driving experience within the Builders Merchants Industry**
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and methodical
- Ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated and adaptable
- Good interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to approach customers
- Excellent time management skills
- A desire to develop a knowledge of the company, our products and the elements required to be successfully employed in this business.
- A professional approach and will promote and adhere to the company’s culture and values
