**Your Mission**:
There will also be the opportunity to work across departments, offering your input to various projects at all stages of development both internal and external.

Whilst your primary job will be providing Environmental (internal and external) concept art including Prop visual exploration. Other tasks might include model sheets, material call-outs, orthographic views and other related jobs.

**Ideal Applicant**:

- Experience creating digital art in a professional environment
- A portfolio of work demonstrating strong artistic and storytelling ability.
- Strong foundational skills including anatomy, colour theory, composition, etc.
- Experience collaborating with producers and directors to create visuals that meet the specific requirements of the project.
- Able to understand and address requests for revisions
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, eager to learn and grow, with a can-do attitude.
- A passion for games and a willingness to work with others to create outstanding art.

**Skills Summary**:

- 3D software. such as Blender, Zbrush, Maya or 3D Studio Max
- Experience in the Visual Development processes for animation
- Excellent sketching abilities for rough conceptualization.
- Proficient in a variety of digital 2D and 3D software programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, and Blender.
- Ability to deliver high-quality artwork against tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpretation abilities.
- Experience of mentoring junior, cross discipline, staff members not just concept artists

We will require all applicants to have a pre-existing right to work in the UK.

Remote working is only available for those based in the UK with a right to work in the UK.
