**How you'll make a difference**:
As a Senior Technical Support Officer you will be responsible for providing efficient, responsive and high quality technical support to the Property Services Team, within the Resources and Business Change department.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will be dealing with, and managing a team that undertakes various property related tasks such as assets of community value, freedom of information requests, property helpdesk, land registry, wayleave and licence agreements.
- It will be your responsibility to ensure that the team meets necessary targets, both statutory and those set within the service area.
- Under the guidance of the Soft FM and Business Support Manager, you will proactively identify and promote opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures as a result of system development and advances.
- You will extract statistics and management information as required to assist in the production of performance indicators, statutory returns and reports.
- On a daily basis you will work with both internal and external stakeholders, members of the public, local and parish councillors, applicants, licensees, developers, businesses and other organisations.

**What we need from you**:

- It is essential that you hold a minimum qualification of NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) including English and Maths, or hold equivalent relevant experience in administration or business support.
- We require you to be well organised and able to plan your work.
- You will demonstrate practical skills and experience in using a range of IT packages with experience in using databases, including running standard reports, analysing data and presenting findings.
