Established for over 40 years and now one of the UK’s largest contract manufactures, MTL Advanced, part of WEC Group are looking to recruit several enthusiastic fabricator/welders to join our team based in Rotherham, Brinsworth, local to Meadowhall

**Responsibilities**
- To review engineering drawings for parts to be welded
- Perform JIG welding activities
- Ensure compliance to Health and safety standards as directed by the Company
- Any other duties that may fit into the remit of this role as and when required
- This is not an exhaustive list and may be reviewed at any time to reflect current or changing practices

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**
- Ability to read engineering drawings is desirable
- Experience as a fabricator/welder within steel/metal
- Ability to work effectively and use own initiative
- Good communicator at all levels
- Reliable and enthusiastic
- Able to work to deadlines efficiently
- Able to follow instructions carefully and precisely

**Working Location/Environment**

Rotherham, Yorkshire

**Hours Work & Rate of Pay**

Monday to Friday 6am-2pm or

Monday to Wednesday 8pm-6am and Thursday 8:30pm-6am or rotational of both shifts

**Pay negotiable but competitive**
