**Job Overview**

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping team within a client hotel, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will work closely with the agency and client hotel to coordinate the deployment of staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively along with training.

**Duties**
- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff from the agency
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and assign duties to staff
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Handle guest complaints or special requests regarding housekeeping services
- Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction
- Liaise with agency management to address staffing needs and resolve any issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping industry is essential
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
