**THE BIG SLICE CORPORATION - PAISLEY**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. The Big Slice is an exciting new diner r, located in High Street Paisley. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. Your passion for hospitality and commitment to food safety will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. We are expecting high volume of sales & you must be able to stay calm under pressure.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
- Promote additional items such as desserts or drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils, throughout service hours.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Previous experience in culinary or hospitality settings is advantageous.
- Excellent guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial for assisting in the kitchen when required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members alike.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
