Smt Supervisor

Our client is seeking an SMT Supervisor to work the late shift

Reporting to: Production Manager

£42k to £49k per annum (Inclusive of 30% shift premium & dependant on experience)

Normal working hours: 37hrs / week Mon - Thurs 16:00-24:00 (half hour lunch) Fri 16:00-23:30 (half hour lunch)

You may be required to train on the day shift for a limited period

THe production lines are configured with DEK printers & Siemens placement machines; therefore, knowledge of this equipment would be a distinct advantage. This role may suit a team leader who is looking for progression in their career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven track record in a Supervisory role
- The capability to teach / coach others
- The gravitas to command respect and be heard
- Provide online support running the line when required
- Continually monitor the process to ensure perfect quality
- Document aspects of the Work Order including run times, hand fits, and process deviations
- Read and interpret Drawings, Diagrams and Bills of Materials
- Maintain high housekeeping standards
