- Occupational Health Administrator/Technician (FTC for 6 months initially)
Reports to: Occupational Health Manager/Senior OHA
What we’re looking for
- An experienced proactive adaptable OH Administrator/Technician to join an exciting pro-active award winning occupational health team.
- This role would suit someone who likes the challenge of multi-tasking, enjoys developing /working with new practices and systems.
- This role will support the OH practitioner team and the other Administrator/ technicians in delivering a best practice Occupational health, health & wellbeing and health risk management service to employees.
- You’ll be providing an OH customer service (reception/telephone) and administration function (70%) which includes managing the occupational health database (Cohort), providing statistical analysis data and supporting the OH Manager and OH team
- Delivering proactive technical duties including face to face technical function involving some lifestyle screening, health surveillance and assessments, health & wellbeing campaigns and presentations (30%)

What we’re looking for
- An outgoing self-starter - to succeed in this role, you need to be self-motivated, proactive and organised with the ability to multi-task
- Medical graduate/health experience essential
- Passionate about proactive health & wellbeing
- Forward thinker with excellent organisational skills
- Admin and customer service experience with ability to form strong internal or external relationships and team working will be key
- Very good IT skills including MS office
