**Title: Full Time Sales Advisor**

**Reports To: Store Manager**

**Job Purpose**:
To assist customers on their purchase from start to finish in their Walker Slater journey. A Walker Slater team member should always handle inquiries with a high level of politeness and professionalism. The sales team should recognize high standards in themselves and the environment they are in. Consistent replenishment and maintenance of the shops visual merchandising and standards are an essential part of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Impeccable customer service
- Security awareness, self awareness on the sales floor
- Housekeeping duties
- Replenishment of stock levels
- Customer request through warehouse and stores
- Recovery of visual merchandising standards
- Stockroom duties
- Stocktaking on individual lines
- Communication with team, managers and all other departments
- Organized, tidy working habits
- Attention to detail
- Alteration accuracy, following strict procedures
- Product knowledge, style and fit, features
- Health and Safety aware in all aspects of the day to day tasking
- Excellent personal time management
- Productive, driven and self motivated at all times
- Take on other duties and responsibilities as required by the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
