**Residential Conveyancing Secretary - Liverpool**

Brand new Residential Conveyancing Secretary role to join a well-established firm, with offices based on well-known high streets throughout Liverpool.

**Duties**
- Providing a total support service to the fee earners in the property department
- Document production including undertaking digital dictation
- Assisting in communication with clients, estate agents and legal representatives
- Undertaking administration duties associated with file management, updating and the operation of the case management system
- Attending clients on the telephone and to provide such communication in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the Practice’s standards for client care and service
- Providing guidance to junior members of the team

**You**
- Ideally holds a Law degree
- Previous experience working in a law firm or a professional conveyancing firm
- Excellent organisational and time management
- Excellent attention to detail
