Duties will include, but not limited to: - Organising the renewal of metres. - Reading and re-setting meters, this will involve visiting empty properties. - Meeting with utility companies at empty properties. - Undertaking initial hazard spotting in empty properties, when they first become vacant. - Liaising with the Area Housing Offices and contractors. - Maintaining accurate written records and IT databases. You must be organised, self-motivated and flexible and an enthusiastic team player. This role, whilst office based, will involve you being out and about daily and lone working. Home working is not a feature of this role.
