**Job description**

Time to Care is a specialist provider of Supported Living Services across the North East. We are currently undergoing a period of robust expansion and are recruiting for staff in Alnwick specifically to work in a Supported Living Service in the town. The client has a complex range of needs and requires support to allow them to have the opportunity to live their best life in a safe environment in the community.

We offer a £400 bonus if you recommend a member of staff to us who is successfully appointed and remains for six months/Probation end period, this is paid at £200 at 6 months and £200 at 9 months.

Whilst experience is an advantage, we are always happy to take on staff who are enthusiastic regardless of experience. Full training will be given to ensure that everyone is well equipped to be successful in their role. Shadowing is an intrinsic part of our training programme and new staff are given ample opportunity to learn from their peers.

We offer a full induction programme at the commencement of employment which is carried out at our offices in Alnwick as well as on site.
