Our Belfast-based client has a new and exciting opportunity for an ambitious, competitive, hardworking individual to fill a Sales and Promotions Assistant Position.

No prior sales or promotions experience is required as this is a trainee role, however, individuals with a background in a customer-facing role will be at an advantage as this is a very customer-centric position.

You will receive extensive training through client and in-house workshops, classroom-style training methods, as well as on the job. The management team operates an open-door policy, so they are available if you have any questions or concerns.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- A proven background in a customer focussed position (preferred)
- A confident communicator with first-class people skills (required)
- A team player (required)
- Excellent social and emotional intelligence
- A desire and drive to achieve results

**Sales & Promotions Assistant Role**:
You will assist in the daily operations of their sales and marketing campaigns.

**Day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Promoting brands products and services
- Engaging customers and building relationships
- Assisting in customer acquisition and retention
- Increasing market share and developing strong leadership skills

Please Note: This position is based in Belfast, so please make sure that you can commute. This position cannot be done remotely.

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
