Job Title: Pastoral Support Mentor

**Salary**: Up to £13,767 pa

Hours Per Week: 22

We are actively searching for a Pastoral Support Mentor to be based at Conway Park for 22 hours per week. We will offer a salary of up to £13,767 per year plus many added incentives including:

**About the Job**
- To identify and support students considered as being at risk of withdrawing, underachieving, or breaching the college’s expectations regarding behaviour, in order to increase retention.
- To work with and support, on a 11 basis, students who have learning, personal or welfare needs
- Manage and establish positive relationships with students

**About You**
- Recognised qualification relating to either Mentoring, Youth work, Advice and Guidance or Teaching (or be willing to achieve within 12 months)
- Level 2 Maths Qualification
- Level 2 English Qualification
