**What will you be doing as an IT Technical Support**:
Working as part of a small IT team, you will be providing technical support to maintain the companys computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.Duties will include:

- Providing technical assistance with computer hardware and software for around 140 users onsite
- Resolving issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
- Logging bugs and enhancement requests
- Monitoring of server farms and performing general maintenance
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Performing hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
- Performing general maintenance functions on the companies ERP
- Creating and maintaining tips and tricks solutions for online database and web sites
- Providing introductory training for company products

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:

- Strong experience in a similar IT support role, ideally with experience of face to face support
- A working knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS and Microsoft Office
- Experience of Veeam, VM Ware, Horizon would be beneficial as would PLSQL, SQL and VBScript
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ambitious and keen to develop in the role for the future
