**About the team**

**What you’ll own**
- Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design marketing materials such as booklets, brochures, flyers, posters, one-pagers, infographics, pull-up banners, expo stands, and event designs.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to develop high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations to ensure they are engaging and visually consistent with our brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce creative solutions that meet project objectives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
- Solve design challenges with innovative and effective solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**What you bring**
- Proven experience as a Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent creative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with video editing software.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Bonus: Experience working in the finance industry or fintech sector.
- Bonus: Video and photography skills.
