As a Human Resources Specialist at Vital Health Care, you will play a crucial role in managing HR-related issues and supporting our site managers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Addressing and resolving HR issues and concerns.
- Collaborating with site managers to provide day-to-day HR support.
- Overseeing disciplinary processes when necessary.
- Monitoring and managing staff training programs.
- Handling the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive HR support to staff and management.
- Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues.
- Conduct and oversee disciplinary actions as required.
- Monitor and coordinate training programs for staff development.
- Facilitate the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees. Including background checks on potential applicants.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on managing people.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
