**The Role**:
We are currently expanding our Field IT Engineer team and are looking for additional recruits who will work closely with the project delivery team, facilitating data centre migrations and server relocation work across the UK and Europe. Previous experienceof co-ordinating projects in the field would be advantageous, however this is not essential.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Installation of servers, switches, firewall and hard drive installation.
- Patching network and server cable management.
- Setting up new users, desktop PC’s, laptops, and printer.
- Removal of equipment which is no longer required.

**Skills and experience needed for an IT Field Engineer**:

- Previous experience of driving commercial vehicles including 3.5T would be highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
- Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Manual packaging, handling, moving, and loading of equipment.

**Personal Attributes**
- Full British driving licence is essential.
- Able to work hours with variable start and finish times.
- Able to travel abroad.
- Strong customer facing skills.
- Have the right to work in the UK.

**Salary**:
£25,000 - £32,000 gross per annum, dependant on experience + paid overtime.

**Working Hours**:
45 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Saturday.

**Location**:
Work will be located throughout the UK and possibly Europe, however you will be expected to be within commutable distance of our head office in Croydon (CR0 4WD).
