**About Your Role**

A Charlotte Tilbury Travel Retail Artist serves as the beating heart of our travel retail spaces. Operating within the dynamic environment of airports and travel hubs, you play a pivotal role in bringing our magic to customers. Your mission is to empower travellers to embrace their beauty, fostering the confidence to pursue their dreams. This entails leveraging your adept artistry talents alongside extensive product expertise, fostering meaningful connections with customers on their journeys. Embracing inclusivity, you tailor your approach to cater to the diverse needs of our global clientele.

- You follow the company grooming standards to a tee - you know what good looks like and are not afraid to display this.

**You will have**:

- You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
- You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen - and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury - and are not afraid to spread the word.
- You champion positivity - and can think in a limitless way that makes your energy shine.
