**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately dispense NHS and private prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, offering guidance on over-the-counter medications and health queries.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to optimize workflow and service delivery.
- Participate in the promotion and delivery of pharmacy services (e.g., flu vaccinations, health checks).

**Essential**:

- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a community pharmacy setting.
- Service Administration and prescription ordering management
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work **effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.**:

**Desirable**:

- Experience with pharmacy management systems (e.g., PMR, Admin MS Office).
- Familiarity with range of NHS and Private Pharmacy services.
- Working knowledge of Phamacy services such as Pharmacy First and BP service
- Interest in participating in community health initiatives and business development activities.
- Using a dispensing robot and handle stock management
