**Role Description**: We're currently seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team at our Ayrshire-based offices. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to provide expert advice on mortgage products and protection solutions to our clients. With access to unlimited leads and the support of our esteemed partners, you'll have the opportunity to grow your earning potential while making a significant impact on our business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Mortgage Broker or similar role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in protection sales and knowledge.
- Proficient in using mortgage software and other relevant tools.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- CeMAP Qualified.

**Package**:

- £30,000 basic salary
- Up to £4,800 Car Allowance
- Uncapped Commission
- Pension Contribution
- 28 days holiday

- 8 hour shift
