We're busy. Very busy. We continue to be St Helen's top listing and selling agent and need an additional member of staff to join our team to help us maintain our superior levels of customer service. To put our success into context, in September our St Helens Offices listed 50 new homes for sale That's over 30 more than our nearest competitor. We understand the market is changing - but if you're an Estate Agent and looking to work in an agency that continues to thrive no matter the market conditions we would love to hear from you.
- Conducting overflow property valuations would be a **BIG** bonus.
- Undertake viewings.
- Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact.
- Check sale board status and maintain window display.
- Provide feedback to vendors at the earliest convenience.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide property details to potential buyers and ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers.
- Take offers and negotiate sales.
- Ensure leaflets are on display.
- Record applicants and produce matches.
- Prepare information and keys for the accompanied viewer.
- To undertake viewings on a regular basis.
- Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, and surveyors.

**Essential Experience**:

- You will be required to have strong negotiating skills.
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone.
- Smart appearance.
- Good timekeeping.
- Good local geographical knowledge.
- Full driving license and own transport.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Helens: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Estate Agency: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
