We are looking for an experienced and professional **Host/Hostess** to join our team at a **state-of-the-art office space** located in Clyde Place Lane, Glasgow. As the first point of contact for guests and clients, you will play a critical role in delivering a world-class front-of-house experience. If you have a keen eye for detail, outstanding customer service skills, and a passion for creating welcoming spaces, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
- Managing visitor check-ins and directing guests to the appropriate meeting rooms or contacts.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception and lobby area.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including managing bookings, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
- Monitoring and replenishing supplies in reception and communal areas.
- Supporting events and meetings, ensuring guests have a positive experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in a similar front-of-house or hospitality role.
- A valid **DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)** check (required).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
