The opportunity
University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking to recruit a dedicated Resourcing Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis at Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon (Hybrid working).
If you possess strong administration skills and knowledge of recruitment processes and are interested in pursuing a career in recruitment or HR, this position offers an exciting route into the world of HR and a great opportunity to further develop yourself at a world leading university.
You will be immersed in the staff recruitment and resourcing process at University of the Arts London (UAL) to attract top talent to the university and retain staff.
About you
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Experience of working in a busy, customer focused, office environment, preferably in recruitment.
The ability to plan, prioritise and organise your own workload, whilst ensuring accuracy and deadlines are always met.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team, with the ability to ensure the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion are upheld.
Experience of using MS Office; Word, Excel, applicant tracking systems.
The ability to work in a timely manner and within agreed Service Level Agreements and targets.
