Here at ITL we create medical devices that enhance and save people’s lives. In our 40-something year history, we have established a remarkable track record in medical device design, engineering, and manufacturing and have become a well-respected name in the MedTech industry. Due to growth we’re looking for additional support in our Supply Chain team in a new role, flexible working options considered over 5 days.

**Main duties include;**
- Purchasing of direct materials in line with operational requirements
- Creating and maintaining jobs in line with the ERP system process to ensure WIP valuations and capacity planning
- Identifying any upcoming capacity issues and work closely with the relevant team members to troubleshoot any potential issues
- Provide accurate lead times to sales and customer services teams and KPIs
- Monitor and analyse reports on manufacturing data sets e.g. On Time Delivery, inventory and schedules
- Maintaining part and procurement parameters in MRP/ERP, i.e. supplier lead times, strategic safety stocks, yields. Ensure all purchase orders and amendments are always up to date in the supply chain system.
- Work with internal and external partners to optimise stock and ensure stock is provided in line with product lifecycle and business requirements.
- A working knowledge of FMEA / Root Cause Analysis / Pull Control would be advantageous
- Demonstrated proficiency of ERP systems (Syspro, SAP, Sage, Oracle)
- Knowledge and experience of running MRP systems and advanced Excel skills
- An understanding of Incoterms and PPV
- Working experience in a Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain / Production Planning role, from any similar manufacturing industries or FMCG, ideally 2 years +
- Fantastic relationship building skills
