We are a friendly family business producing the best quality products, in a great supportive team environment. Here are the details:
5 days/ week for this full-time role (part-time considered). Duties:

- Produce a range of high-quality sourdough breads
- Prepare pastries and cake mixtures and make and finish flour confectionary products by hand
- Have the ability to create high quality viennoiserie
- Early morning start
- Attention to detail is essential - as we make quality products
- Work independently under pressure, and within a team
- Receive and check deliveries, in accordance with food hygiene regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene control, helping stock sales area
- Work in a tidy and efficient manner ensuring good housekeeping and safe practice - cleanliness is essential at all times
- Demonstrate good customer relation skills when dealing with others e.g. suppliers.
- Holiday’s must be spread across the year, as negotiated (with some holiday’s taken over the Winter break)
- Must have bakers or pastry chef qualifications

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
