Accounting Assistant

Manchester, United Kingdom Global PA Full time

**Duties**
- Verify and process invoices to ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner
- Update, verify and maintain accounting records
- Data entry, post bank activity, entering payroll
- Interact with various levels of management to assist with monthly budgets
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Assist with vendor set up, accounts payable and annual preparations
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of customer invoices
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment

**Qualifications**
- High school or equivalent
- Accounting basics (preferred)
- Payroll and data entry processing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £3,000.00-£3,200.00 per month

Schedule:
